The Legacy
Andy Funk was a bricklayer and owner of AM Masonry Ltd. in Winnipeg, MB for 37 years. He was well known for his workmanship and integrity. In his career he apprenticed many bricklayers including his son Derek.
The Beginning
Derek and Sherri Funk started De. Rock Masonry 17 years ago in the Okanagan Valley. They have had the privilege of apprenticing their two sons Boaz and Silas. Derek's dad moved to Kelowna and worked for De. Rock for many years. For a time all three generations were working together.
The Present
Now Boaz and Silas Funk are the primary operators of De. Rock Masonry. This 3rd Generation company is still serving the Okanagan valley.
